My Story

My name is Brad and I was that guy.
Skinny arms, soft belly, zero confidence.

I followed random workouts, ate everything in sight, and still saw no real change. I was stuck in the skinny fat zone for a very long time and no one gave clear answers. Then I tried all the advices I got, some worked, and most didn’t. But guess what, I got muscular over time.

That is why I started Muscle Flare. To share what actually works for guys like us. No fluff. No gimmicks. Just real, practical advice.
